About Frederick Hui

Frederick Hui is a co-managing partner of Zhong Lun’s Hong Kong office and heads the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigation practice. He is a Solicitor Advocate (Civil) who has attained the Higher Rights of Audience, and he has been regularly appointed by government agencies and professional organisations to sit on their advisory boards and appeal panels as arbitrator and mediator. Frederick has particular experience in advising on high-value shareholders’ and equity-related disputes, multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, commercial fraud, worldwide enforcement of judgments and arbitration awards, white-collar crime and departmental summonses, and securities regulatory enforcement and investigation.
