About Jihong Chen

Jihong Chen is a senior equity partner at Zhong Lun and has been practising law and providing legal services for a large number of international enterprises since 1996. He specialises in cybersecurity, data protection and privacy, telecoms law, IP and technology-related legal matters, and has been the Deputy Chairman of the IT/Hi-Tech Committee of the China National Bar Association since 2001. He has published widely in the areas of data protection, TMT, e-commerce and hi-tech law.
