Jiong Zhang is an equity partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm and has been involved in all aspects of real estate and construction for 23 years. He has extensive experience in construction project bidding and bid invitation, engineering management, project settlement risk control and dispute resolution, etc. His representative cases in this area include advising the People’s Bank of China on government procurement issues, as well as on a wide number of other issues, including tendering and bidding invitations and project management related to: Universal Studios Beijing; China Southern Airlines Beijing New Airport Base Project; the Liquidation Business Centre; “Highlight Pool”; and the Shanghai Credit Reference Centre.
