About Maoyuan Zhu

Maoyuan Zhu is a senior equity partner and chair of the real estate and construction department at Zhong Lun Law Firm. He provides a full range of real estate and construction advice, specialising in complex projects where his strong focus and varied experience enable him to provide in-depth advice. He has participated in many prominent projects, including: CITIC Group’s China Zun Tower project; Wanda Group’s over RMB1 trillion investments in dozens of cities; China World Phase II and China World Phase III in their RMB20 billion development and construction; Volkswagen (China) Investment Co, Ltd in its RMB5 billion project in Beijing; and Lenovo China in its various centres, plants and projects in China.
