About Simon Leung

Simon Leung is a senior associate in the litigation, arbitration and investigation practice of Zhong Lun’s Hong Kong office. His practice areas mainly include litigation, international arbitration and white-collar crime. Simon has extensive experience in handling contractual disputes, debt recovery and insolvency matters, and shareholders’ disputes. He is also experienced in advising on and defending criminal offences, white-collar crime and investigation by various government authorities including but not limited to the Police, the Customs and Excise Department, the Labour Department and the ICAC.
