About Weicheng Li

Weicheng Li is an associate at Zhong Lun Law Firm whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, cross-border investment and engineering and project development, with a particular emphasis on the energy and power sector. He has substantial experience advising Chinese enterprises on outbound direct investment projects in the oil and gas sector.
