Wenjing Zhang is a non-equity partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm and has been involved in all aspects of real estate and construction for 13 years. He has extensive experience in construction project bidding and bid invitation, engineering management, project settlement risk control and dispute resolution, etc. Some of his representative cases include: advising the Ministry of Environmental Protection on a number of issues, including tendering and bidding invitations and project management related to: the construction of the Nuclear and Radiation Safety R&D Centre; and the international performance building.
