About Yongxin Zheng

Yongxin Zheng is a non-equity partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm and has been involved in all aspects of real estate and construction law for 11 years. He has a varied client base, including SOEs, private companies, foreign-invested companies/MNCs and governments. Some of his representative cases include: advising the People’s Bank of China on government procurement issues; providing legal services for China Southern Airlines Beijing New Airport Base Project; advising the State Council on tendering and bidding invitations relating to the South-to-North Water Diversion Project Monitoring Centre; and advising the China Foreign Exchange Trade System on its new trading centre in Pudong District, Shanghai.
