About Yan Gao

Yan Gao is a partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm with over 20 years of experiences in mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment laws, and is specialised in the energy and natural resources sector. She advises multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises and private companies on cross-border transactions, including upstream oil and gas, renewable energy as well as power projects. She holds qualifications from the PRC Bar and received her legal education at Peking University and the University of British Columbia. She is a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators.
