About Yi Xue

Yi Xue has been engaged in legal practice for over 20 years and is now a partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm based in Beijing and head of the firm’s antitrust practice. He has actively participated in the discussion and promulgation of China’s Anti-monopoly Law, its implementing rules and related guidance. He leads the team and advises global clients on complex antitrust matters, including notifying various transaction structures for merger clearance. He also represents clients in antitrust investigations and litigation, provides counsel on a wide range of competition law issues, such as distribution agreements, IP licensing, standard setting, horizontal cooperation and conducts antitrust compliance audits and training.
