About Zhuohui Li

Zhuohui Li is an associate at Zhong Lun Law Firm whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, cross-border investment, and engineering and project development, with a particular emphasis on the energy and power sector. He has substantial experience advising Chinese enterprises on outbound direct investment projects in power generation, transmission and energy storage.
