About Akua Chrappah Ayippey

Akua Chrappah Ayippey is a senior associate at AB & David Africa and is a core member of the firm’s green transition, sustainability and carbon markets practice. She also co-ordinates the firm’s energy, infrastructure and PPP practice. With a keen interest in energy transition, Akua advises on the financing and development of renewable energy and sustainability projects in Ghana and Africa. She has significant experience of assisting clients with corporate compliance issues and other regulatory-related matters, including ESG and sustainability risk management. Akua is an author and speaker on renewable energy and sustainability in Ghana, as well as a member of the International Bar Association and the Ghana Bar Association.
