About Akua Chrappah Ayippey

Akua Chrappah Ayippey is a senior associate at AB & David and a core member of the firm’s green transition, sustainability and carbon markets practice. She also co-ordinates the firm’s energy, infrastructure and PPP practice. She advises on the financing and development of renewable energy and sustainability projects in Ghana and Africa. Akua has significant experience in assisting clients on corporate compliance issues and other regulatory-related matters, including ESG and sustainability risk management. Akua is an author and speaker on renewable energy and sustainability in Ghana. She is a member of the International Bar Association and the Ghana Bar Association.
