About Nana Serwah Godson-Amamoo

Nana Serwah Godson-Amamoo heads the natural resources and extractive industry practice group at AB & David Africa and is the co-head of the firm’s public sector advisory and government business practice group. She advises a broad variety of business and institutional clients on all aspects of governance, regulatory, operational and stakeholder management matters. Her strengths lie in building and nurturing relationships, advising on complex transactions, and helping clients to achieve their core business objectives. Nana also co-ordinates the firm’s ESG and climate advisory business and serves as a technical advisor to the statutory board of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of Ghana.
