Niine Inkumsah Sarpong is an associate at AB & David Africa and is a member of the firm’s green transition, sustainability and carbon markets practice. Niine advises clients on ESG, financial and regulatory requirements for green transition and carbon market projects in Ghana. With almost two decades’ experience in the Ghanaian labour market, she has interest in just energy transition and the social impact of energy transition on communities. Niine is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana. She is also an associate of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
