About Vera Owusu Osei

Vera Owusu Osei is a partner at AB & David and co-chairs the firm’s green transition, sustainability and carbon markets practice. She also co-heads the natural resources and extractive industry practice, with a focus on mining and regulatory compliance. Vera advises a broad variety of business and institutional clients on all aspects of market entry, project development, governance, regulatory, operational and stakeholder management matters. She also consults on industry regulation in the oil and gas, mining, telecommunications and corporate sectors. Vera is a member of the International Bar Association and the Ghana Bar Association.
