About Anu Paarcha

Anu Paarcha is an experienced patent law practitioner who handles SEP and non-SEP matters, including litigation, advisory, mediation and transactions. She represents plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving cellular, audio, video coding, antennae and banking technology. Anu has contributed to landmark Delhi High Court rulings on anti-suit injunctions, confidentiality clubs, pro tem relief and SEP-related discovery. Her clients include Reliance, OPPO, Vivo, Xiaomi and OnePlus. She has appeared before the Supreme Court and High Courts in Delhi, Bombay and Madras. A graduate of NLU Delhi, Anu previously worked on India’s first copyright litigation involving educational material. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
