About Aniruddh Bhatia

Aniruddh Bhatia is an integral part of Saikrishna & Associates’ litigation practice. He specialises in IP litigation, and has expertise in SEP and technology patent cases. He has managed high-stakes disputes involving telecommunications, audio and video coding SEPs, including Nokia v OPPO, Dolby v Reliance and InterDigital v Xiaomi. He also has extensive experience in cases dealing with confidentiality clubs, anti-suit injunctions and pro tem deposits, and frequently appears before the Delhi High Court. Aniruddh has represented prominent clients – including Xiaomi, Amazon, OPPO and Vivo – in multi-jurisdictional disputes. He is a graduate of UILS, Panjab University, and has an LLM from UNICRI & UPEACE. Aniruddh is a young member of WIPO-ADR and SIAC, and is enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
