About Mishthi Dubey

Mishthi Dubey graduated from Gujarat National Law University in 2019 and finished her Master’s in Law at Columbia University in 2024. She has extensive experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including high-stakes patent and trade mark litigations, licensing issues and tech advisory. She has also worked with non-profits as well as individual artists and inventors, helping them navigate challenges concerning their IP. Her current role in Saikrishna & Associates is aligned with her diverse profile. She also serves as a member of the firm’s generative AI group, which regularly undertakes risk analysis and mitigation advisory for AI model developers and tech companies. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
