About Shruti Jain

Shruti Jain is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India and a patent agent with over five years of experience. She specialises in patent litigation across a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, mechanical inventions, ICT, electronics and telecommunications, optics, medical devices, etc. Shruti has been involved in key patent law issues, and has developed significant expertise in SEPs. She has represented and advised prominent clients and leading multinational companies in contentious and advisory IP matters, including successfully defending trade marks. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from Delhi University, a law degree from Banaras Hindu University, and an LLM from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
