About Subhoshree Sil

Subhoshree Sil has extensive experience in IP litigation, with a special focus on SEP and technology patent matters. She regularly appears in the Delhi High Court, and is also well versed in commercial litigation practice, mediation proceedings, SEP litigations and patent infringement disputes. She has extensive experience of handling litigations and advisory work involving design law, trade marks law, gaming law and consumer law for national and international industry leaders, as well as for start-ups. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of India. She has a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and completed her BA (Hons) from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, University of Calcutta. She holds diploma certificates in Human Rights and in Cyberlaw.
