About Tim Rogan
Tim Rogan
accepts briefs in all areas of law. He is regularly briefed in significant class actions, and his caseload includes advice and appearance work in competition law and complex trusts matters, including in family law property proceedings. Tim also undertakes extensive unled work. Before being called to the Bar, Tim was a lecturer in modern history and a fellow of St. Catharine’s College at the University of Cambridge, where he completed his MPhil and PhD as a Cambridge Australia Scholar. Tim is widely published and holds a first class Honours in Law from the University of Melbourne. He now lectures in law and history at Sydney Law School.
