About Charles Zhan

Charles Zhan is a partner and the head of international trade at Moulis Legal, with a deep understanding of cross-border issues and a nuanced approach to international trade defence, compliance, and dispute settlement. Specialising in anti-dumping and countervailing investigations and disputes, as well as supply-chain management and compliance for private and public sector clients across various industries, Charles regularly argues cases before domestic regulatory authorities, courts and tribunals in Australia and internationally (including the WTO). Formerly diversity and inclusion officer at the International Bar Association’s international trade and customs law committee, Charles is now a special project officer and serves as vice-president of Australia China Business Council’s Canberra chapter.
