About Alistair Bridges

Alistair Bridges is special counsel and head of regulatory at Moulis Legal, assisting clients in commercial, public law and trade matters. Alistair has extensive experience of customs law, export controls, sanctions, complex regulatory and administrative law proceedings, and acting for major corporate clients from the Adelaide office. Advising enterprises, industry and governments in countervailing and safeguards investigations, Alistair has represented exporters and importers in 70-plus trade remedies decisions and more than 25 merits review proceedings. Before the Federal Court of Australia, Alistair has acted in judicial review proceedings testing trade laws and the Australian government’s limitations of power in imposing tariffs.
