About Daniel Moulis

Daniel Moulis is Moulis Legal’s founding partner director and is recognised among the leading figures in international trade law, both in Australia and globally. Daniel has acted in many of Australia’s most important trade law rulings and argued cases before the Productivity Commission, the Anti-Dumping Review Panel, the Federal and High Courts of Australia, and the ECJ. Daniel’s appointments include WTO panellist and chair on several occasions and, formerly, chair of the International Bar Association’s Trade and Customs Law Committee. Daniel is also an arbitrator under the Canada and EU Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, as well as under the EU and Southern Africa Development Community Economic Partnership Agreement.
