About Jessica Giovanelli

Jessica Giovanelli is special counsel at Moulis Legal, where she advises corporate clients, international counsel and governments in trade and investment-related matters. Jessica’s WTO experience includes strategising disputes and advisory for governments, as a dispute settlement lawyer at the WTO Rules Division, and at the Appellate Body Secretariat. A skilled negotiator and adviser for trade agreement and international trade and investment-related matters, Jessica has unique expertise in key trade issues ‒ notably subsidies, quantitative restrictions, telecommunications, agriculture, trade in services, and movement of natural persons. Earlier in her career, Jessica handled administrative reviews of trade remedies decisions at the Attorney-General’s Department’s Office of International Law.
