Khaled handles international and domestic arbitration cases under various rules ‒ including ICC, Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, Dubai International Financial Centre ‒ London Court of International Arbitration, and UNCITRAL rules ‒ in relation to disputes involving oil and gas agreements, M&A, share purchase agreements, pharmaceuticals, banking, finance, maritime, construction, distribution, telecommunications, international investment, private equity, hotel management, and competition law. Khaled obtained his LLB with distinction from Cairo University and his LLM from King’s College London.
