About Khaled Abou El Wafa

Khaled Abou El Wafa is a senior associate in Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy’s arbitration team. Khaled handles international and domestic arbitration cases under various rules, including ICC, CRCICA, DIFC-LCIA and UNCITRAL, in relation to disputes involving oil and gas agreements, mergers and acquisitions, share purchase agreements, pharmaceuticals, banking, finance, maritime, construction, distribution, telecommunications, international investment, private equity, hotel management and competition law. Khaled obtained his LLB with distinction from Cairo University and LLM from King’s College London.
