About Nouran Azab

Nouran Azab is an associate within Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy’s Finance & Projects team, working on transactions across Egypt and Sudan. Her practice focuses on the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors, where she reviews and negotiates EPC and O&M agreements, PPAs, usufruct agreements, pipeline construction agreements and Handling, Transportation and Processing Agreements. She has acted on major wind projects. Nouran also drafts facility, finance and security documents, and advises on project and real estate finance, including registering share pledges with MCDR.
