Sherif has advised leading Egyptian and multinational banks and financial institutions in connection with various high-value syndicated facilities and loans, project finance, settlements of debts and debt restructures. He has been involved in representing major multinational aircraft leasing companies, financial institutions, and export credit agencies in connection with various cross-border transactions related to the lease and finance of aircraft to public and private carriers in the Egyptian market and abroad.
