Riccardo Di Carlo is an associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency department of LMS Studio Legale, providing assistance in the area of banking and finance, with a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency. Riccardo has gained experience, in particular, in out-of-court debt restructuring transactions, assisting banks and financial intermediaries in negotiating and implementing the different instruments for the negotiated settlement of corporate crises provided by the Italian Bankruptcy Law, as well as in NPE transfer transactions.
