About Ignacio Echenagusia

Ignacio Echenagusia is a partner of Deloitte Legal’s M&A team with more than 24 years’ experience in cross-border M&A and private equity (PE) transactions. He regularly works with both local and foreign corporations and PE funds in relation to their transactions in Spain, and in a wide range of industries. His experience also encompasses advising on the financing of M&A transactions, as well as corporate and debt-restructuring transactions. Ignacio is a lecturer at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
