About Selene Corral

Selene Corral is a senior associate in Deloitte Legal’s M&A team. Selene has participated in both national and cross-border M&A transactions and company reorganisations, managing due diligence processes, preparing essential legal documentation, and providing advisory services on private equity deals, including sale and purchase agreements and shareholder agreements, among others. She has a degree in Law and Economy from Deusto University and a Master’s in Legal Practice from Deusto University in collaboration with the Biscay Bar Association. Selene is member of the Biscay Bar Association.
