About Ammar Oozeer

Ammar Oozeer is a senior counsel and partner in the dispute resolution practice at BLC Robert & Associates, and also oversees the firm’s regulatory and compliance practice. Before joining the firm, he was a senior member of the Attorney-General’s Office and had worked at another leading law firm. He has a wealth of experience in public law litigation and has particular expertise in commercial litigation and arbitration as well as tax litigation; he is also an experienced competition and procurement laws specialist. Ammar regularly advises on technology transactions and on cross-border data protection matters. He also works on a range of contentious and non-contentious trade mark and copyright matters.
