About Ravi Bhookhun

Ravi Bhookhun is a senior associate within the Dispute Resolution team. Apart from his experience in arbitration and advisory work, Ravi has a wide practice experience in civil, commercial, employment and insurance law. Ravi appears regularly before the courts and tribunals of Mauritius. He acts for employers during disciplinary committees and during the collective bargaining process with trade unions. He has appeared as junior counsel before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and has represented companies during investigations and hearings before the Competition Commission of Mauritius.
