Since joining BLC Robert, Yohann has appeared in civil and commercial disputes before the various courts of Mauritius, including the commercial and bankruptcy divisions of the Supreme Court, the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and the designated judges of the Supreme Court set up under the International Arbitration Act. Yohann is very often called upon to assist in out-of-court negotiations in relation to employment and industrial relations grievances and appears before the Employment Relations Tribunal, the Commission for Conciliation and Mediation and the Industrial Court on a regularly basis.
