Charles-Xavier Vincenti

He advises French companies on the full range of tax matters arising in the course of their activities, including both day-to-day tax management and exceptional transactions. He also assists investment funds with the tax aspects of acquiring and structuring their real estate operations, and more broadly with all tax issues relating to the structuring of regulated funds. He holds a master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
