About Sylvain Bergès

Sylvain Bergès has been a partner at Racine since 2017. He is recognised for his expertise in the areas of public law and energy law, both as a litigator and an advisor. He is regularly involved in project financing and M&A transactions concerning the renewable energy sector in particular. He has advised significant industrial groups on complex public law issues (public procurement, public property law, structuring of public participation in sectors open to competition, etc) and during the development phase of renewable energy production projects. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2005.
