About Mei Wan

Mei Wan is a partner at Jin Mao Law Firm, with 12 years of legal experience. She is the director of the ESG Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association and has served as an evaluation expert for environmental enforcement at the Ministry of Ecology and Environment since 2018. Mei was honoured as an “Outstanding Youth Lawyer of Huangpu District, Shanghai”. She practises environmental law/ESG, covering compliance reviews, due diligence for M&A and IPOs, ESG system-building, green finance legal support, and dispute resolution (including hearings, arbitration and litigation) for global manufacturers.
