About Mei Wan

Mei Wan is a partner at Jin Mao Law Firm, with 12 years’ legal practice experience. She is the director of the Shanghai Lawyers Association’s ESG Professional Committee and has been engaged by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment as an evaluation expert in environmental enforcement since 2018. Mai’s environmental practice includes environmental compliance assessment, legal consultation, training, M&A, IPO due diligence, carbon trading, ESG, green finance, hearings, arbitration and litigation. She has particular experience in providing services for the world's leading manufacturing enterprises.
