About Rongliang Wu

Rongliang Wu is a partner at Jin Mao Law Firm, with an educational background in chemical engineering and EHS (environmental, health and safety) management. He is a certified safety engineer of China and the deputy director of the Environment, Natural Resources and Energy Committee of the All-China Bar Association, as well as director of the Environment, Natural Resources and Energy Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. Rongliang has extensive experience in EHS legal services, including consultation, legal advice, permits, M&A, climate change, work safety, product stewardship, customs, corporate social responsibility, ESG, hearings, arbitration and litigation. Engaged by an NGO, he played an important role in the Changzhou poisonous land case.
