About Rongliang Wu

Rongliang Wu is a partner at Jin Mao Law Firm and has an educational background in engineering and EHS (environmental, health and safety) management. He is a Certified Safety Engineer of China and the director of the Shanghai Bar Association’s Environment, Resources and Energy (ERE) Committee, as well as deputy director of the All-China Bar Association’s ERE Committee. Rongliang has extensive experience in EHS legal services, including consultation, legal advice, permits, M&A, climate change, work safety, corporate social responsibility, ESG, hearings, arbitration and litigation. Engaged by an NGO, he played an important role in the Changzhou poisonous land case.
