About Rongliang Wu

Rongliang Wu is a partner at Jin Mao Law Firm. He has a dual educational background in chemical engineering and law, and work experience in manufacturing including project management, EHS (environmental health and safety) and as in-house counsel. He is a Certified Safety Engineer in China. Mr Wu is the director of the Environment, Resources and Energy (ERE) Committee of Shanghai BA as well as deputy director of ERE Committee of the China Bar Association. He has 14 years’ experience in EHS/ESG legal services including consultation, training, permitting, M&A, hearings, arbitration and litigation. Mr Wu has published several books, eg, Environmental Legal Practices: Dispute Resolution and Development with Compliance and has been ranked by Chambers & Partners since 2020 as a recognised environmental lawyer in the AP/Greater China region.
