Dr Bahaa Alieldean
is the managing partner of ALC Alieldean Weshahi & Partners, and specialises in complex commercial and financial transactions and disputes. With over 25 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, he has served as a legal adviser to national and multinational firms and has acted as legal counsel for major Egyptian banks and financial institutions in complex financial transactions. In the past decade, he served as legal counsel for the issuer in more than 39 securitisations in the Egyptian market. He holds a PhD in business law from King’s College London and has published multiple academic papers on commercial and business law.
