About William (Bill) Wilson

William (Bill) Wilson has over 34 years of experience. Since 1998, he has been responsible for running Mound Cotton’s New Jersey office. Bill’s practice focuses primarily on the handling of complex first-party and third-party insurance coverage disputes. He is a member of five state Bars and numerous federal courts. Bill is a former adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall University School of Law, and the co-author of New Jersey Insurance Coverage Litigation – 2021: A Practitioner’s Guide, which is published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, a division of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
