About Pietro Piccone Ferrarotti

Pietro Piccone Ferrarotti has been a partner of Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici since 2021, following the merger with L&P, Ludovici Piccone & Partners, where he was a partner from 2016. He has significant experience advising domestic and foreign clients in complex tax audits, pre-litigation and judicial settlements, and defence before tax courts and the Court of Cassation. His areas of expertise include corporate and group taxation, M&A and business restructuring, taxation of real estate, VAT, registration tax and other indirect taxes as well as excise duties and consumption taxes. Pietro is the author of publications on tax matters and often speaks at tax conferences and lectures at postgraduate specialisation courses.
