Valeria Gioffrè
has been counsel at Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici since 2021. Prior to that, she worked with leading Italian and international law firms. She has significant experience in tax litigation and proceedings before the Tax Court and the Court of Cassation, assisting domestic and foreign clients during tax audits and pre-litigation settlement procedures. She is a member of the Tax Law Commission established at the Milan Bar Association since 2023.
