About Mehiar Joulji

Mehiar Joulji is an associate at Shahid Law. Since joining the firm in 2016, Mehiar has been involved in providing legal opinions, preparing articles of incorporation, by-laws, commercial contracts, memorandums of understanding, shareholders’ and share purchase agreements, setting up companies and branch offices in Egypt, organizing board and shareholders’ meetings, drafting minutes, handling corporate secretarial work and conducting legal due diligence and legal research on various matters. Mehiar has assisted various companies in connection with their acquisition of local targets and assisted with transactional documentation for several clients in connection with public offerings and tender offers. Mehiar has also worked extensively on several due diligence exercises for different companies in several fields.
