About Michael Boutros

Michael Boutros is a partner at Shahid Law Firm, leading the capital market and M&A practice group. He joined the firm in 2017, having worked in the Cairo office of one of the world’s largest international law firms for 11 years. With 18 years of experience in capital market, general corporate matters, M&A, employment and liquidations, his transactional work focuses on initial public offerings, private placements, M&A, and major projects. Michael regularly acts as the lead lawyer in deals and has experience of advising leading multinational companies in the execution of large cross-border transactions.
