Florian Kranebitter is a partner at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners and specialises in the firm’s international transaction practice, including cross-border restructuring and insolvency cases in various industries. He co-led in advising the Steinhoff Group’s restructuring and other restructuring cases, such as that of a key supplier of CNH-Group and the Huber Group. Florian is known for his skills in international restructurings ‒ in particular, combining his work in multi-lender/multi-jurisdictional financing.
