Markus recently advised the core banks of the traditional Vorarlberg lingerie manufacturer Huber in connection with reorganisation proceedings, and in other cases, such as that of the Steinhoff Group. His other key areas of practice include banking and finance, corporate/M&A and dispute resolution. Markus is an author in the insolvency and restructuring field, and co-authored a commentary on the Restructuring Regulation which came into force in July 2021.
