He regularly advises developers, sponsors, contractors, funders and end-users on construction-related issues, including procurement options and contract structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, contract administration, performance security, and rights of recourse against the construction team. Hasan also regularly advises owners and operators on the negotiation of facilities management agreements and operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts.
