Isabelle Landy
is a partner within BCF’s Administrative, Environmental, and Municipal group, specialising in municipal and real estate law (zoning and urban planning), as well as environmental and public law, particularly in relation to the granting of contracts by public organisations. Isabelle has represented numerous clients in litigation against the Ministry of Natural Resources in cases of disguised expropriation. She is also regularly called upon to represent clients in complex municipal, zoning, and administrative matters, leading to decisions that have become precedents in jurisprudence.
