About Marc-André Godard

Marc-André Godard is head of BCF’s tax group and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2000. He specialises in the tax aspects of M&A, and national and international restructuring, and in tax planning for both public and private corporations. His understanding of the business world helps him advise executives on making the best commercial decisions. Over his 25 years of practice, Marc-André has represented several companies in the financial, manufacturing, aluminium, and natural resources sectors, as well as some of the largest institutional investors in Québec. He also has extensive experience in private equity and fund formation.
