About Yasuhiro Akita

Yasuhiro Akita is a partner at Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners, based in the firm’s Tokyo office. His practice focuses on dispute resolution, particularly in commercial litigation, corporate disputes and patent litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judge for seven years, during which time he handled a wide range of civil litigation matters, including contractual disputes between companies and corporate liability cases brought by consumers.
